Johnny has been fighting for 6 years now, 5 of those years as a professional. He currently has a professional MMA record of 23-8-1.Before getting into MMA, he was an accomplished wrestler. He was a 2x Junior National All American. He then wrestled Div. 1 in college for Cleveland State University.Johnny has now been teaching for 3 years, and loves helping members achieve their goals. Rafael has been boxing for about 10 years. He was a 2004 Fort Worth Golden Regional Golden Gloves Champion. Rafael has 6 profesional boxing fights. He is currently an active professional boxer. Rafael has been teaching boxing and kickboxing classes for the last 2 years. He loves to push his students to the limit. You can always expect alot of energy in his classes. Douglas Frey began competing in sports at the age of 7 playing soccer. By age 12 he was running 10k’s and half marathons, such as the Cowtown Marathon. In high school he began wrestling and competed in tournaments in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Nebraska. At age 17 he was introduced to pankration fighting by USWF champion Ali Elias. Currently he is trained in muay thai under the legendary Valentin Espiricueta. In January of 2007 Douglas began training MMA full time. He was 5-1 as an amateur fighter and is currently 8-3 as a professional. |

During the past 12 years she has had the opportunity to work with many clients helping them achieve their personal fitness goals. Working in senior, local and national health clubs as well as training out of her home, Amy has maintained her education requirements and enjoys sharing her knowledge with people ready to achieve their maximum fitness level. |
