Group Classes

Our boxing, kickboxing and MMA group classes consist of a ten to twelve minute warm up followed by a stretch period led by the instructor. After stretching each student will put on their gloves and the bag portion of the class begins. During this time instructors will demonstrate punch combinations for the students to work on. While they are working on the combinations, the instructor will circulate the class and help members out with technique as well as try to keep them motivated as their body starts to fatigue. The bag portion of the class can last from twenty eight to thirty five minutes. To finish the class off, the instructor will lead members through a variety of exercises that may work on chest, back, shoulders, and abs.
