Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling based art in which ground fighting and submissions are used to control or “submit” your opponent. There is no striking, and sometimes even potentially dangerous submission are not allowed. Adult matches are usually five to ten minutes long, and can even sometimes go into overtime.

Not only is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu a sport, but also an amazing self defense system in which the size and strength of the attacker can be nullified by the knowledge of a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Student.
